1. Control the heat source well
There are heat sources such as computers, equipment, and people in the computer room. When installing equipment and computers, it is important to pay attention to the distance from the measuring instrument to ensure that these heat sources do not affect the measuring instrument. In addition, the number of personnel and their entry and exit in the computer room should be strictly controlled to reduce the impact of unnecessary personnel on the measurement accuracy of the image measuring instrument.
2. Correct use of air conditioning to adjust temperature
Air conditioning is usually installed in computer rooms to regulate temperature, but little attention is paid to the fact that the wind direction and on/off time of the air conditioning can affect the measurement accuracy of the measuring instrument.
The wind direction of the air conditioner must be careful not to blow towards the instrument, as the temperature at the outlet of the air conditioner is generally above or below 20 degrees Celsius. But if the air conditioner is turned towards the wall, it will cause a contrast in temperature on both sides, resulting in a temperature difference. So a good way is to let the air conditioner blow upwards to form a large circulation and blow towards the main position. Additionally, it is possible to allow the wind to blow down from the roof through double layered partitions to achieve as even a temperature as possible.
Secondly, it is important to pay attention to the time it takes to turn on and off the air conditioning. Generally, the temperature needs to be maintained for more than 24 hours. To save energy, it can be turned on during work hours and then off after work. But be careful not to only turn on the measuring instrument when using it, and turn it off immediately without using the measuring instrument. This will seriously damage the accuracy of the measuring instrument and make it difficult to guarantee the measurement results.
3. Adjusting the computer room design to control temperature
The design of the computer room has a significant impact on indoor temperature control. In order to control the temperature, attention should be paid to avoiding light in the computer room. In addition, double layered windows must be used, and excessive rooms should be designed to reduce personnel entering and exiting.
